My Journey
Drawing on a knack for building strong relationships, and with a fierce commitment to speak candidly and directly to ignite action, I bring 20+ years of proven experience across sectors in leadership development, change management and executive coaching to build high performing teams.
I recently completed a 14-year journey of service with Goodwill Industries International. My work as the Organization’s chief talent officer focused on leadership development, team building, change management, and individual coaching in support Goodwill’s 125,000 team members. The majority of my work focused on building a suite of learning offerings for senior leaders and C-suite professionals that focused on change management and leadership development from the inside out; from emotional intelligence and change agility, to strategic diagnosis and visioning.
Before joining Goodwill, I led communications and learning for National Industries for the Blind (NIB) whose mission is to enhance opportunities for economic and personal independence for people who are blind by creating, sustaining, and improving employment opportunities. The mission-first focus of NIB enabled me to discover my passion for supporting colleagues and peers with the tools and resources to grow their leadership and thrive in their careers.

I also enjoyed working in hospitality leading content development and operations for large-scale national conference programs, and managing a national customer loyalty program.

I am blessed to reside in north Texas with my husband and two teenagers. We love to spend time outside gardening, collecting chicken eggs, sampling BBQ joints, exploring Texas’ numerous state parks and history, and sitting on the sidelines cheering for our kiddos. I also enjoy reading, cooking, a wide range of podcasts, anything crafty, and hanging out with our dogs.
